Before you submit

Clear, specific reports help us investigate issues faster and understand which improvements will have the greatest impact.

Describe what you were doing

Include the product, current build, chart setup, and the action you were taking when the issue or observation occurred.

Explain what happened

For bugs, describe the expected behavior, the actual result, and whether you were able to reproduce it.

Add visual context

Attach a screenshot when it helps explain the issue. Short screen recordings may be shared through a secure link when necessary.

Protect sensitive information

Do not submit brokerage credentials, passwords, license keys, payment information, account balances, account numbers, or other sensitive financial information. Review screenshots before uploading them.
