This Privacy Policy explains how Elevare collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through its website, forms, communications, beta administration, and software licensing.
Describes current beta-stage website, forms, communications, and software-licensing data practices.
This Privacy Policy explains how Elevated Ventures Enterprise LLC, doing business as Elevare Trading (“Elevare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through elevaretrading.com, www.elevaretrading.com, linked Elevare-operated pages, forms, email communications, beta administration, and software licensing.
Third-party services may also apply their own privacy policies. Paid checkout, subscriptions, live-account trials, and customer accounts are not active during the initial beta. This Policy will be updated before those features collect additional information.
Webflow, Cloudflare, Fillout, Kit, Google Workspace, and other service providers may automatically process IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, pages or forms requested, security and delivery logs, cookie or local-storage data, submission metadata, and similar operational information needed to host, secure, deliver, and troubleshoot their services.
If you are selected for the beta and activate licensed software, Elevare’s Render-hosted licensing service receives the license key, product code, a salted SHA-256 machine hash derived from the Windows machine GUID and computer name, installed product version, shared licensing-component version, validation and activation timestamps, status, and activation history. The originating IP address may appear in hosting infrastructure logs but is not part of the application payload.
The software does not automatically transmit brokerage credentials, complete account numbers, account balances, positions, orders, trading history, payment-card information, or crash telemetry.
Elevare does not intend to collect government identification, Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, health information, brokerage credentials, account numbers, account balances, complete payment-card data, or other sensitive financial information. Do not submit this information. Redact unnecessary personal or third-party information from screenshots and attachments.
If sensitive information is submitted inadvertently, we may delete, redact, restrict, or retain it only as reasonably necessary to address the request, security issue, dispute, or legal obligation.
We may disclose information to service providers that host or support the website, forms, databases, email, marketing communications, DNS and security, licensing, and related operations. Current providers include, but are not limited to, Webflow, Fillout, Airtable, Kit, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, and Render. Elevare updates this list when a provider changes.
We may also disclose information to attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and other professional advisers; at your request or with your consent; to investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues; to comply with law, subpoenas, court orders, regulators, or government requests; to protect rights, property, safety, and systems; or in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or business transfer.
The initial beta website may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for hosting, security, form delivery, embedded Fillout or Kit functions, session management, and preferences.
Elevare does not plan to enable Webflow Analyze/Optimize visitor tracking, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, retargeting pixels, or other optional behavioral analytics during the initial beta. Service providers may still maintain operational, security, and delivery logs needed to provide their services.
If optional analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking, or other nonessential technologies are introduced later, we will update this Policy and provide notice, consent, or preference controls where required before activation.
The beta application is not automatically a marketing subscription. Marketing consent is optional and separate. Subscribers may receive product announcements, release notes, educational or resource updates, template updates, beta opportunities, trial or launch announcements, and promotional offers.
Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe method managed through Kit and the sender’s valid physical postal address. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary beta, license, billing, security, legal, or support communications. We may retain a minimal suppression record to honor the unsubscribe request.
Elevare does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not plan to use advertising or retargeting pixels during the initial beta. If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices before the change takes effect.
We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, compliance, tax or accounting obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Paid transaction and production-license retention periods will be added before paid launch.
Elevare uses HTTPS/SSL, Cloudflare-managed DNS and security controls, separate administrator accounts where supported, multifactor authentication, least-privilege access, strong unique passwords, a secure password manager, software and device updates, email authentication, access revocation, backups or exports for critical records, and incident-response procedures.
The licensing API uses HTTPS, the machine identifier is salted and hashed, and the local validation cache is encrypted. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Subject to applicable law and verification, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of eligible personal information; appeal a denied request where required; unsubscribe from marketing; opt out of targeted advertising; opt out of any sale of your personal data; or opt out of profiling used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Send requests to support@elevaretrading.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will normally verify the request through the email address associated with the record and may request additional information reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized access or deletion. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted with appropriate proof of authority.
To appeal a declined request, reply to the decision or email support@elevaretrading.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will provide a written decision within 60 days after receiving the appeal. If we deny the appeal, we will give you a method to submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.
We will acknowledge requests promptly and provide a substantive response within 45 days after receiving a verified request. We may extend this period once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and will tell you the reason within the first 45 days.
Elevare’s products, beta program, trials, purchases, licenses, and interactive services are intended for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The website is not directed to children, and Elevare does not knowingly seek personal information from children.
The initial beta is intended for users in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. We will complete additional regional and international-transfer review before opening general international access.
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new version number and a new effective or last-updated date, and we keep each prior version on file without editing it in place. Material changes may also be communicated by email, website notice, or affirmative consent where appropriate. We will update this Policy before materially expanding data collection through paid checkout, customer accounts, optional analytics, advertising, or new software features.
